While this service does not offer the protection of our blocklist or DNSSEC, experts who decide to use this service can still ensure their privacy through the use of encryption. This service provides our users with the following features:

Encryption - At Quad9 we believe user privacy is of the utmost importance so all services support the use of the following encrypted protocols: DNS over TLS (DoT), DNS over HTTPS (DoH), and DNSCrypt.
